What up? My name is Amel pronounced (uh-mel or ah-mel) however you choose. I'm 19. Also, and sports business and & marketing major in college. I play football and do track & field. Lifting weights is my life <3. I coach football, basketball, and baseball for the boys and girls club of Garfield. I'm here to blog things that go through my head from time to time.
